Three decades ago, S.M.C. (Sun Meat Company, Inc) was born out of a passion for delivering exceptional meat products to the culinary world. Since then, we’ve been on a relentless pursuit of excellence in every aspect of our business.

From Placentia to Southern California

From our Placentia distribution center, we proudly supply premium meats to several hundred upscale restaurants, chains, and institutions across southern California. Our extensive range includes prime, choice, select, Black Angus, “never ever” and “never never natural,” wagyu, halal, organic, free-range, jadori, and all other protein variations (both sub-primal and portion control).
